Taking advantages of new angles made available by using a drone, Joseph Cermak will present some of his photography from Western New York and Pennsylvania, as well as elsewhere in the U.S. Joe is a mechanical engineering student at the Rochester Institute of Technology and has been a railfan and photographer for many years. He has interned with GE Transportation in Erie, Pa., and will be continuing there after graduation.
