Diesel Days 2007 (August 18-19, 2007)
Part of the Diesel Days 2007 festivities was the first public demonstrations of the museum's Plymouth Model BL gas-mechanical locomotive #1 running under its own power.   #1 was run back and forth on sidings #6 & #8, the leads to the museum's restoration building and yard, for the public to see as they past by on the trains during Diesel Days 2007.   This was a great test of the Plymouth.   Thanks to Restoration Manager, Kevin Klees, for having #1 out for all to see.    Here we see #1 throttling up and backing up as R&GVRR #1654 shoves PC #18526 by on the main.

LA&L by Industry depot (8/9/2007)
With their welded rail program underway and the welded east rail already installed, we find LA&L 425 (ALCO C425) and 420 (ALCO C420) running after dark to miss the track crews working during the day.    We hear the gates go down on NYS Route 251 followed by the engines blowing for the crossing and passing the Rochester & Genesee Valley Railroad Museum's Industry depot on this rainy night headed to Lakeville on their return trip.

Moving into the new yard (5/19/07)
With the R&GVRRM's new restoration building yard complete, it was time to move some of the museum's equipment into the yard.  Most of this equipment had been stored at the R&GVRRM's partner museum, the New York Museum of Transportation.    Here we see Eastman Kodak Company #6 shoving in Kodak tank car, EKCX #52, into the new yard passing a second train powered by R&GVRR #1654.
